right i have no idea where this topic fits but here goes..
well i have decided to start producting as well as mixing and i am trying to find some software to do it with
i have looked at some called FL8 and it wont run on the computer i have at the moment so i am just trying to find some that will to start experimenting.
i dont know the spec of the computer but i know its kinda crappy and slow

well there is acid pro and cubase according to a guy i have been chatting with on reverbnation so hopefully i will check them out and then get it and see what i can experiment with

I still have acid pro. Never really got a change to use it that much.
Its now owned by Sony.

ok changed my mind of fl studio 8 i have cubase 4 anyone know how to get an mp3 to import in to it cos i am going to use that to make some of my own stuff

Cubase 4-is complicated but I heard it is really a good software to use. You can always google it-type in how get an mp3 to import in to cubase 4.
